WE Electric India Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at No. 278/B in the KIADB Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial spot, lots of big trucks and grey buildings. WE Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is what we call the place. We do a lot of electrical work, mostly parts and assembly stuff. The building is quite large, but we’ve managed to fill it up with equipment and stock over the years. It feels a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment arrives. I’ve been working here since the beginning. We have a solid group of technicians. They know the stuff inside out. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and everything just stops for a bit, so we sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s part of the routine. We don't use fancy jargon or anything like that. We just look at the blueprints and put things together. The floor is painted green, but it’s peeling in some places where the forklifts turn. It gives the place character, I guess. We keep a small fridge for lunches and everyone shares the space. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. It’s a real workplace with real noise and real people. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but sometimes things take longer than expected. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We have a small garden patch out front that one of the guys tries to keep alive, but the industrial dust makes it hard.
