You can find We Electric India Pvt Ltd at 27/B in the KIADB Ind. Area in Hootagalli. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city, but it's where most of the industrial work happens. Our unit is just one of many in this large area. It’s a functional space with a lot of room for our equipment and parts. The floors are often marked with tape to show where things should go, though it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. We have a small crew and we all know each other's names. Most of the day is spent working on the electric components we handle. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of checking and re-checking involved. The industrial area can be quite dusty and the roads aren't always in the best shape, but we are used to it by now. We have a little corner for lunch where we sit and talk about things other than work for a bit. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or corporate slogans hanging around. We just have a calendar and some technical diagrams pinned up. It’s a place where work gets done without much fuss. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic with shipments arriving at the door. We just take it one task at a time and try to get everything out on schedule.
