VIVIN ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING LLP

We are based in Mysore, specifically at No.143, 2nd Main, 3rd Cross in the Siddalingeshwara Layout area of JP Nagar. It’s a peaceful part of Mysore to have an office. We do engineering and contracting work here at Vivin. It’s the kind of business that keeps you on your toes. We don’t spend all our time in the office; we are often out at sites checking on how things are going. But when we are here, it’s a lot of work on drawings and managing contracts. Our office feels more like a house because it’s in a residential layout. It makes the whole work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a big city office. We have a small group of guys who have been working together for quite some time now. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. If something needs doing, the person closest to it just does it. We drink a lot of coffee and talk through the problems we face on our projects. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s interesting work. We like being part of the Mysore community and contributing to the local area through our engineering projects. We just take it one day at a time and try to do a solid job on every contract we take on without overcomplicating things.
