Our office is at No.1164 on 3rd Main, right at the 5th Cross in Vivekananda Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the VV Bakery. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the bakery is. We’ve been running this travel agency for a good while now. It’s mostly just us and a few drivers we trust. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. I usually just sit at the desk and take the calls while the drivers are out on the road. We handle whatever travel needs come our way, whether it's a family going on a trip or someone needing to get to an appointment. The office is plain, just a couple of chairs and a table where we keep our records. We don't spend money on big ads because most of our customers come from the neighborhood anyway. We like being in Vivekananda Nagar. It’s a nice part of Mysore and we know the people here. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the drivers and making sure everything is ready for the next day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a late arrival, but we just fix it and move on. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local business trying to make a living by helping people get where they need to go without any fuss.
