Urvara Dwellings Llp is located right on the ground floor at No. 185/C 5. We are on Bisilu Maramma Temple Road, which is in the Gangothri Layout area. It's a nice little spot. Most of our time is spent here working on housing and dwelling projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. Our team has been in this neighborhood for a bit now. There is a lot of activity on Temple Road during the day. Usually, a few people are coming in and out to talk about building things or looking at plans. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby. Day-to-day stuff like running a dwelling business takes up our time. It's mostly phone calls and looking at site maps. We like being in Gangothri Layout because it's easy for people to find us. No fancy lobby here, just a door and our workspace. Everyone on the small team knows each other well. Paperwork and coordination for various housing sites are our main tasks. It's a lot of coordination, to be honest. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. If you walk past the temple, you’ll probably see our place. We don't do much advertising. People usually hear about us from someone else. It's just a regular local business trying to do good work for people who need a place to live. Keeping things simple and honest is how we do things.
