True Impex

True Impex is mostly run through our digital channels and this email address. We don't have a big storefront where people can just walk in off the street. Instead, we spend our time managing orders and talking to suppliers through our screens. It’s a bit of a modern way to do things, but it works for us. We handle a variety of items, mostly looking for things that are in high demand but hard to find. Since we don't have the overhead of a massive warehouse in the middle of the city, we can keep our operations lean. We check the Trueimpex.in@gmail.com inbox pretty much constantly, even on Sundays sometimes. It's just two of us doing the bulk of the work. One handles the sourcing while the other looks after the shipping and logistics. We’ve had to learn everything the hard way, by making mistakes and fixing them as we go. It’s not a polished operation with a PR team. If you email us, you’re talking directly to the people who pack the boxes and call the couriers. We try to be quick with replies, but sometimes we’re stuck at a loading dock or at the bank. We appreciate people who are patient. Most of our days are spent tracking parcels and making sure the customs paperwork is filled out correctly so nothing gets stuck. It’s a quiet business but it definitely keeps us on our toes every single day.
