Trainee Engineer

I’ve been working here at Trainee Engineer for a while now. We’re tucked away in Jayanagar, specifically over on 10th Cross near 5th Main. It’s a pretty quiet spot in Mysore, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical things. My desk is right by the window and I see the same folks walking their dogs every morning. Most days it’s just us handling whatever work comes through the door. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just a bunch of tools, some old chairs, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them where the shop is. It gets a bit dusty in here during the dry months, but that's just part of the job. I usually get in around nine and start going through the list of stuff that needs fixing or looking at. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up chatting while things load. There isn’t much to say about the history or anything. We just showed up one day, set up the equipment, and stayed. If you’re walking down 5th Main, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we do our engineering tasks. We keep things simple and try to get home at a decent hour. That’s pretty much how it goes for us here in Mysore.
