O. S. A Organic Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Windsor, flat number 1, located at 3005/5a on Kalidasa Road in V. V. Mohalla. Since we are in a flat, it feels a lot more like a home than a traditional office building. V. V. Mohalla is one of those older, nicer parts of Mysore with a lot of character and big trees lining the streets. We really enjoy the location because it’s peaceful and doesn't feel like the typical frantic workspace. The flat itself is on the ground level, which makes it easy for us to move things in and out without dealing with stairs all the time. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms, and the kitchen area is where we usually end up having our tea breaks. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well and there’s no corporate hierarchy feel to the place. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a neighbor or a delivery, but that’s just part of being in a residential flat. We keep things tidy, but it’s definitely a lived-in space. It’s comfortable and it suits the way we like to work. No big signs or glass walls here, just a regular door on a regular street where we do our organic business every day.
