Sunrise Foods

Sunrise Foods is located at 156 in the Hebbal Industrial Area, specifically the Hootagalli section of Mysore. This part of town is dedicated to factories and warehouses, so it’s a very busy place to be. Our unit is a standard industrial building with a lot of space for processing. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, just some large metal doors and a small side entrance for the staff and visitors. Inside, it’s a different story with all the equipment running and the smell of whatever we are working on that particular day. We start early in the morning because the industrial area gets very congested once the main shifts begin and the trucks start arriving. There’s a constant drone from the machinery, and people are always moving around with clipboards or heavy bags of ingredients. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for food work. We don't have a fancy lobby for people to wait in. If someone comes to see us, they usually end up standing in the middle of the workspace or sitting in the small break room because there isn't much room for a proper waiting area. Hootagalli is a bit out of the way from the main parts of Mysore, but it’s where all the action is. We spend our time managing the lines and making sure everything is moving according to the plan. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on your feet for most of the day. We are just one of many small businesses in this area trying to get the job done.
