Sri Panchalingeshwara Tours & Travels is located right near the Fivelight Circle in Mysore. That circle is one of the busiest spots in the city, so we are always right in the middle of the noise and the movement. It’s a good place for us because we can see the city waking up every day from our doorstep. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and sleek furniture, just a practical space where we can sit and manage the bookings. Our name is a bit long, but it represents our roots and we like it that way. Running a travel business in a place like Mysore means you have to be ready for anything, like sudden rain or heavy traffic during the holidays. We spend a lot of our time chatting with the drivers and making sure they have everything they need for their trips. We don’t use any corporate language or marketing tricks because we think people just want a honest service. If a car is going to be late because of a jam at the circle, we just tell them. It’s better to be real with people. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls, checking the vehicle logs, and the occasional cup of tea with a regular customer. We just keep our heads down and do the work, trying to stay as helpful as possible to anyone who walks in. It isn't easy but it is what we know how to do best.
