He was an excellent clinician and had mastered the art of nadi vignan (Pulse reading) and a rasa vaidya. Vd S N Pandit prepared medicines to satisfy the needs of his clinical practice. From 1970 onwards company started manufacturing the medicines for commercial purposes. In 2001 S.N.Pandit ayurvedic co pvt ltd a sister concern was started. Totally we have 36 products which includes avaleha kalpanas choornas oils panaka kalpanas and Ghritas Our preparations viz avalehyas ( medicines like jam ) panakas ( syrups) Choorna (medicated powder) and tailas (medicated oils) are considered to be the best of its kind and appreciated for its therapeutical efficacy authenticity palatability and other parameters mentioned in the classical texts.
