Our office is at 366/1 on College Road in Chamaraja Mohalla. We are basically right beside Hotel Maharaja, so it is hard to miss us if you are on that road. It’s a lively area of Mysore with a lot of people moving around. We have been doing this for a long time, mostly focusing on tourist travel but helping out whoever walks through the door. The business isn't very complicated. We have some cars, we have drivers, and we have a phone that rings quite a bit. A lot of our day is spent checking the logs and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It can be a bit chaotic during the tourist season when everyone wants to go to the same places at the same time. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. We know the history of this area pretty well since we’ve been here so long. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have our tea, we talk to the drivers, and we try to keep the vehicles in good shape. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small details like fuel levels and oil changes. We just want to keep things running smoothly so we can keep doing this for a few more years. It's just a regular local shop for regular people.
