Rangsons Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 347-D1 & 2 KIADB in the Hebbal Industrial Area, part of Electronics City. It’s a busy spot with lots of different companies all crammed together. Our day usually starts pretty early to beat some of the traffic coming into the industrial zone from the main road. Inside, it’s a mix of machinery and delicate electronics work. We have different sections for different tasks, but everyone ends up helping out wherever it’s needed most. The lunchroom is where we all gather to catch up, and it’s probably the most lively part of the building. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bag chairs or free soda. We just have a kettle and some sturdy chairs that have seen better days. The walls are painted a plain grey, and there are posters with safety rules pinned up everywhere. We focus on getting the assemblies right. Sometimes a batch doesn't go as planned, and we have to sit down and figure out what went wrong, which can be frustrating but it’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the lights on and keep our team employed. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years we've been here working together.
