We are located on the first floor at 69, N Block in the JCST building. If you are in Kuvempunagar, you will probably see us right across from the Allahabad Bank. It is a good landmark for people who are trying to find the office. We have been in this spot for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy with people going to the bank or the nearby shops. Our work is pretty straightforward. We manage a few vehicles and take bookings for travel. It involves a lot of sitting at the desk and talking to customers who come in or call us. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. We make sure the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are supposed to go. Sometimes there are hiccups with the vehicles or the weather, but we just deal with them as they come. Kuvempunagar is a nice area and we like being part of the community here. Most of our customers are locals who have been using us for years. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we don't double-book anyone. It’s a practical business and it keeps us busy from morning until evening every single day.
