Personell Projects

We operate out of T. Narsipur Taluk in the Mysore district of Karnataka. Our work is all about personell projects, which basically means we help manage people and labor for different tasks around the area. It’s a very local business, and we know most of the folks in the taluk. We don't have a fancy office in the city; we work right here where the projects are. Most of our time is spent talking to workers and making sure they know where they need to be and what they need to do. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we are dealing with agricultural projects, and other times it’s small construction or community work. We keep our records in a simple way, usually in big ledgers or on a basic computer setup. The weather in Mysore can be unpredictable, so we often have to change plans at the last minute. It's not a corporate environment at all. We sit on plastic chairs and drink a lot of coffee while we figure out the staffing for the next week. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so people trust us to find them work or to find workers for their projects. It's straightforward and practical. We don't use big words or complicated software. We just make sure the right people are doing the right jobs so that the projects actually get finished on time and people get paid.
