Ocean At 9 Constructions

We are Ocean At 9 Constructions, and our office is at No 446 on New Kantharaj Urs Road. We are in the TK Layout area of Mysore. Finding us is pretty easy if you look for Kavitha Bakery; we are very close to it. The bakery smell often drifts over to us, which is a nice perk of the location. We have been in this spot for a while, managing our building projects. Because it is a busy road, there is always something happening outside. Our office is not very large, but it is where we do all the planning and talk to folks about their houses. Keeping things simple is what we do here. You will not see a big fancy lobby, just a few desks and a lot of paper. Most of our time is spent out in the sun at construction sites, but we come back here to sort out the logistics. TK Layout is a good neighborhood, and being on Kantharaj Urs Road makes it easy for us to reach different parts of Mysore quickly. Our small crew focuses on doing the work properly. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in at the same time to discuss the day's tasks. But we manage. It is an honest day's work for us and we enjoy the process of seeing things get built from the ground up.
