Mysore Trading Company

Mysore Trading Company is found at No 3209/102 on Ummar Khayam Road in the Mandi Mohalla area. This neighborhood has a lot of history and the buildings are all squeezed together. We have been in this spot for quite a while, and the address can be a bit tricky for people who aren't from around here. The street is always busy with carts and people carrying heavy loads on their shoulders. Inside our place, it smells like old paper and whatever goods we have in stock at the moment. We have big wooden doors that we pull open every morning at nine. The floor is made of old stone that stays cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We don't have a computer system for our inventory; we just use our eyes and some notebooks to keep track of things. It is a lot of hard work, moving things around and making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the noise of the market outside. We know the neighbors well and we often share a newspaper or a snack during the slow hours of the afternoon.
