We have our office at 2133 Basaveshwara Road over in Agrahara. It’s been here for a good while, right near the 101 Ganapathi Temple. You can usually hear the bells from the temple while we are working at our desks. It’s a busy part of Mysore, especially in the mornings when everyone is out and about. We mostly handle travel bookings for people who need to get somewhere else. It’s not anything fancy, just a small local business. We have a few cars and we know some good drivers who know the roads well. Sometimes it’s a family wanting to go see the hills, and other times it’s just someone needing to get to the station. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or just writing things down in our ledger. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a wooden desk, but it gets the job done. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Agrahara area over the years, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’re visiting the temple and see our sign. We just focus on getting the timing right and making sure the petrol is filled. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We just keep at it every day, making sure the cars are where they should be and our customers are sorted.
