Lat & Long Develocus Llp

You will find us at Lat & Long Develocus Llp over at No 38 in the Rathna Gardenia Layout. This area is in Jayapura Hobli, specifically Somnath Nagar. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, which actually makes it a lot quieter and easier to think. The layout is still growing, and being at No 38 gives us a good view of how things are changing around here. We chose the name Lat & Long Develocus Llp because it sounds like what we do—dealing with locations and development. The office is pretty modest. We have a few tables pushed together and some whiteboards where we scribble down ideas and project dates. It is not a place with a dress code or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people on the ground and making sure our plans for the Somnath Nagar area are moving along. Jayapura Hobli is a peaceful part of the region, and we like that we can work without the constant honking of city traffic. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely out here, but it helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand. We are just a small team trying to make sense of the land and how to build things properly. It is a practical office for practical people who do not need a lot of extra fluff to get work finished.
