We are situated right at the Police Booth Circle in J P Nagar. It’s a very busy junction in Mysore, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Being near the State Bank of India helps people find us easily without much trouble. We aren't a big travel company; we handle communications stuff mainly. People come in to pay their monthly bills, do mobile recharges, or use the other services we have here. It’s a small space, often crowded with people talking or waiting for their turn at the counter. We have a lot of regular customers from around the J P Nagar area who stop by on their way to the market. The police booth is right there across the road, so there's always a cop or two standing around, which keeps the traffic moving. We don't have a fancy interior with glass or shiny chrome. It’s just a practical setup with some counters and shelves for our supplies. We’ve been here at this circle for quite a while now. The noise from the traffic and the horns is something you just get used to after working here for a week. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait for it to come back to finish our work on the computer. We don't have a big mission statement. We just open the shutters and help whoever walks in.
