If you’re looking for Kamakshi Traders, we are located on the 1st Cross in Vidya Giri. We are right opposite Jss College, so we see a lot of students walking by every day. It’s a lively neighborhood because of the college, and there’s always someone looking for something. We started this trading business to provide what people in this area need. Our shop is packed with different items, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden on the shelves. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just unloading a delivery and checking it against the manifest. It’s hard work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the day. We don't have any slogans or special promises; we just try to have the right stuff in stock. The college kids sometimes come in asking for things we don't carry, and we just tell them where else they might find it. It’s a friendly atmosphere most of the time. We have a small desk in the back where we do the accounts when the shop is quiet. Living and working in Vidya Giri is nice because everything you need is within walking distance. We just take each day as it comes and hope the customers are satisfied with what they buy.
