We started Igoor Coffee Merchants Llp over here in Vijayanagar, tucked away on 10th Cross. Our spot is at number 1039, a building called Devatha. It's a busy neighborhood but we like the energy of the 1st Stage. Usually, there's always someone coming by to talk about beans or check on an order. We deal with a lot of different people in the coffee trade. It’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get things organized. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us trying to keep the trade moving. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, especially with transport, but we manage. We’ve been at this for some time now. You learn a lot about how people like their coffee when you talk to so many merchants. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just rely on the folks we've known for years. If you’re walking down the cross, you might see us. We stay fairly busy. It’s a decent life. Just keeping track of bags and making sure everything ends up where it’s supposed to go. It is a lot of counting and checking lists, but that is how it works. We don't mind the noise from the street much. It keeps us awake while we work.
