Ideb Projects (P) Ltd. has its office over in Ramkrishnanagar, specifically at 673, 1st Main in the I Block. Mysore is a great place to work because it’s not as frantic as the bigger cities, though we still keep very busy. Our setup on the 3rd Cross is where we handle all the project coordination. It’s a basic office environment. We have bookshelves filled with old project records and desks that have seen a lot of use. We don’t care much for fancy furniture or sounding corporate. We just want to get the work done right. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We handle the day-to-day tasks of managing project sites, checking on labor, and making sure the supplies are coming in. Sometimes the office is quiet when everyone is out on-site, and other times it’s full of people talking at once. We don’t have a grand mission or anything like that. We just focus on the project at hand. If there’s a delay with a shipment, we spend the afternoon on the phone sorting it out. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. People in the Mysore area know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We just keep it simple and try to do an honest day’s work from our little corner of the city. We've seen many changes in the neighborhood over the years we've been operating here.
