We’re located in the I Block of Ramkrishnanagar in Mysore. It’s a nice, calm area, and our office at 673, 1st Main, 3rd Cross is where the Ideb Projects (P) Ltd. team gets things done. Mysore has a different pace compared to Bangalore, and we appreciate that. Our office is fairly straightforward—no big signs or flashy lights. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of space for the blueprints we need to look at. We spend a lot of time discussing site requirements and managing the logistics for various projects. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with samples of materials and stacks of documents, but we know where everything is. Our staff are local people who understand how things work in Karnataka. We don’t have a corporate handbook; we just use common sense and hard work. We might take a break for some local snacks in the afternoon, but then it’s right back to the files. We spend our time looking at plans and then driving out to the sites to see how the work is actually going. It’s not always perfect, and we face delays like anyone else, but we just stay at it until the job is finished. Being in Ramkrishnanagar feels like being part of a neighborhood, and that’s how we like to run our business. Our routine might seem boring to some, but it's what keeps the projects on track.
