Benaka Polyclinic

We've been at this spot on Hebbal Main Road in Metagalli for quite some time now. People mostly know us because we're right across from Jagadamba Hardwareplywood, which is a big landmark in this part of Mysore. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when the shops start opening up. The clinic isn't fancy or anything, but we keep it clean. My desk is near the front and I see everyone coming in from the main road. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this area. We have a few rooms in the back where things happen. It’s just a normal polyclinic setup. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby streets or work in the small industries around Metagalli. We try to keep the chairs in the waiting area straight, but they always end up moved around by noon. The sign outside has our address, 151, and it’s easy to spot if you are looking for it. We open early because that’s when people want to be seen before they go to work. It’s a lot of routine stuff day in and day out. Nothing too exciting happens, just the usual local folks coming through the door. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just our little place here in Mysore where we do our daily work and go home.
