You’ll find AT&S India over at 12/A in the Industrial Area of Nanjangud. It’s a pretty large setup compared to some of the smaller shops in town. Being out here in Nanjangud gives us the room to operate properly. We’ve got a lot of space for our machines and the people who run them. It’s a busy place, especially during shift changes. We don't go in for much of that corporate talk you see in brochures. We are just a bunch of people making sure the production lines keep moving. The industrial area has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of that. There’s always some noise from the facility, which is just the sound of things getting made. We have a cafeteria where most of us sit together for lunch. It’s pretty basic, but the food is okay. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. We put our resources into the actual workspace. Most days are about hitting our numbers and making sure the equipment is maintained. It gets hot in the summer, but we’ve got fans and keep the air moving. It’s a straightforward environment. People here work hard, and we try to look out for each other. Just a regular day in a big industrial plant. Nanjangud is a decent place to be. We aren't looking to move anywhere else. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
