We are based out at Bibi Plantations, using P. O. Box 32 for our mail. It’s a bit different being out here rather than in the middle of a loud city. Associated Commodities And Exports focuses on what the land gives us. We deal with various commodities like crops and raw goods. It's a lot of seasonal work. When it’s harvest time, everything is frantic. We have to coordinate the picking, the drying, and then the packing for export. It’s not an office job in the traditional sense. We spend a lot of time outside or in the storage sheds checking the stock. The air is better out here, though the work is physically tiring. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the crops well and how to handle them. We’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s about knowing the market prices and when is the right time to move the goods. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to change our plans at the last minute. That’s just part of the life when you deal with commodities. We don't really have a lobby for visitors or fancy coffee machines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the loading area with a clipboard. We keep things simple. No complicated business models, just selling what we source. It’s a quiet life most of the year. We just make sure the quality stays consistent for the buyers.
