Advance Components and Instruments is located at 3A in the Belavadi Industrial Area. It’s a bit out of the main city, which actually suits us just fine. Being in an industrial area means we have the space we need for our instruments and parts. It’s mostly warehouses and factories around here. Our building is a simple structure, nothing that would win any design awards. Inside, it’s all about the components we handle. We spend our mornings checking the latest arrivals and our afternoons getting things ready for dispatch. It’s a steady pace. The staff here has been together for a good bit, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just know what needs doing. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs moving, whoever is free grabs it. The air is a bit dusty sometimes from the nearby units, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We have a small break area where we have our tea. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the traffic of the town center. The hardware and making sure our counts are right is where our attention goes. It’s honest work and we like the routine of it. No big speeches or goals, just finishing the day’s tasks. We like it this way. Belavadi isn't the busiest place, but it's perfect for a company like ours that just wants to get on with things without distractions.
