Wholesale Ice Cream Center

Our center is in Sikhera Colony, which is over in the Padmamala area. If you live around Chapra, you know how the humidity can get, so we are always busy making sure everything stays frozen. Since we are a wholesale place, it is more about boxes and heavy lifting than anything else. Our spot in the village is easy enough to find, but it is a very practical space meant for moving stock in and out. We don't have fancy lights or music playing. It is mostly just the sound of crates moving and the delivery bikes pulling up. The police station is close, so the neighborhood is usually quite calm. We spend the early hours organizing the batches and checking the labels on the boxes. It gets a bit crowded when the big trucks show up because the road isn't very wide. We have to work fast so the product doesn't sit in the sun for too long. The guys working here are all from the village and they know how to get things done. We talk about the weather a lot because that tells us how busy the day will be. When it rains, we usually slow down and spend time cleaning the back storage rooms. It is just a normal job for us, moving things from the big walk-in freezers to the smaller delivery units. No big story here, just cold boxes and daily work in Sikhera.
