Waho Construction and Real Estate is right on the ground floor in Shankarpur. We are near Subash Chauk, which is the main landmark if you are trying to find us. Aftab Alam is the one in charge, and he is usually the one you’ll see if you walk in through the front door. We are in Ward 12, and it’s a pretty busy neighborhood. The office is on the ground floor so people are always sticking their heads in to ask questions about land or house repairs. It gets a bit loud with the motorbikes passing by outside, but we are used to it by now. We handle a mix of real estate deals and actual construction work. Some days we are out looking at plots of land and other days we are supervising a roof being poured. It’s a lot of running around. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the paperwork to the site visits. The office has some old chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't spend money on fancy things because we’d rather put that into the projects we are working on. We are just a local business trying to make a living in the Shankarpur area.
