Our company, Vikramaditya Land Development And, is located in Khabra, right near the Dinkar Dwar off the National Highway in Muzaffarpur. We operate out of Parmanand Ojha’s place. It is a busy spot because of the highway being so close. We do land development work, which means a lot of walking through fields and measuring things out. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local land rules too. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Muzaffarpur, but the work has to get done. We aren't some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the area well. We’ve seen the town grow quite a bit over the years. We take on various land projects as they come up. Some projects take months and others just a few weeks. We don't use much fancy talk. We just tell people what can be done with a piece of land and what can't. Dealing with property is always a bit slow, but we are used to that. Our office is easy to find if you know where the highway passes through Khabra. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a bit dusty and noisy sometimes because of the traffic nearby, but it is a good location for us. We just try to be useful to the people looking to develop land around here and keep things moving for everyone involved.
