Sparshgramin Nidhi Limited is located in Sikandarpur, right within the Muzaffarpur town area. We aren't too far from the Town Police Station, so it’s a pretty recognizable part of the city. Being near the GPO means there’s always a lot of mail and people moving about. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t spend money on bright signs or expensive rugs. It’s just a functional space where we handle the accounts for folks in the local community. We have a few staff members who grew up right here in Muzaffarpur, so we know the streets and the people well. People come in to deposit their daily earnings or to talk about getting a small loan for a home repair. We listen to their stories and try to help where we can within the rules. It gets pretty humid here during the monsoon, and sometimes the roof leaks a tiny bit near the back window, but we’ve got a bucket for that. We prefer the personal touch over some cold, automated system. You can come in, sit down, and have a glass of water while we sort out your paperwork. There’s no rush and no pressure. It’s just a local business trying to provide a steady place for people to keep their hard-earned cash.
