Silver Ideal Constructions Private Limited is based out of Muzaffarpurtola, right in Ward No 18. The place is actually the house of Dinesh Prasad Gupta. If you come to Panch-Muzaffarpur, you will see how things are around here. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, except when we have materials being dropped off. We don't use any fancy offices or anything like that. We just work from the village and go where the projects are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, I guess, but we manage. Most of the people working with us are locals from around the Muzaffarpur area. We handle things as they come up, whether it’s a small wall or a bigger structure. The paperwork is all handled right here at the house. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to get the right supplies, like sand or bricks, especially when the weather turns bad and the roads get muddy. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We've been at this for a while now. Dinesh handles most of the meetings. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than just finishing what we started. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. Being in Ward 18 means we are close to the community, and that works fine for us. We just keep our heads down and work on the next project.
