Silcon Construction is based over on Chuna Bhatti Road in Malighat. If you know Muzaffarpur, you know how Malighat can get with all the traffic and people. Our office is in Tola Ward Number 45, which is part of the Musahri block. It’s a busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our door. We do a lot of construction work across the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation area. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when visitors come by. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of moving materials through the narrow streets around here. Chuna Bhatti Road is a major landmark for us, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just a handful of us making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes the humidity in Muzaffarpur makes the paperwork stick together, but we manage. We also have to keep an eye on the weather because when it rains hard, the road outside can get a bit muddy. We’ve been working in this ward for a good while now and know the local labor and suppliers pretty well. It’s a practical business. We show up, do the planning, and see the buildings go up. It’s just how we make a living in this part of Bihar.
