Shivam Shakti Developers (India) Private Limited is based at C/O-Shanti Sangh, Vill Muzaffarpur(Corp) Tola Ward No 46, Block Musahri. Our office is right in the middle of things here in the village area. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the city. We work on local development projects that involve a lot of time spent out in the fields or walking around the ward. Being in Block Musahri means we know the people and the land quite well. We aren’t interested in using a lot of big words or complicated marketing talk. We just deal with land and construction in a way that makes sense for this community. The office at Shanti Sangh is where we keep all our records and meet with people who have questions about their property. It can get quite dusty during the summer, and the roads in Ward 46 are not always the easiest to navigate, but we are used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and making sure every project we take on is handled properly according to the local rules. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual work combined. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most folks just know us from around the neighborhood. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually there during the day, probably drinking some tea and going over the latest site plans. It’s honest, local work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
