Satp India is based in Muzaffarpur, specifically in the Mushari area. We’re at Narendra Kumar’s place in Ward No 27 of the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation Tola. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We do a bit of everything when it comes to technical services and business support. We aren’t some big international firm; we are just local guys who know their way around the work. Mushari is a good place to be, and being in Ward 27 means we are right in the middle of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our computers, trying to make sure our clients are happy with what we’ve done. We don’t have a big mission statement or any of that stuff. We just focus on showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. That’s usually enough to keep people coming back. The office is just a regular room, nothing special, but it’s where all the work happens. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the neighborhood who have heard about us through word of mouth.
