Sardine Buildcare India Private Limited is based out of the home of Mohamad Ali Akbar Ansari’s wife in the village of Sipahpur. The post office is Bhikhanpur, and we are located in the Muzaffarpur area. It is very much a local, home-based operation. When you come to Sipahpur to find us, you aren't looking for a giant skyscraper or a modern glass office. You are looking for a regular house where people are working hard on build-care and construction services. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed. You might hear the sounds of the household chores or the village animals while we are sitting inside discussing the latest project details. We keep things grounded and simple. There is no big corporate board of directors here, just us making the important decisions over a cup of hot tea. Muzaffarpur has its own unique way of doing things, and we fit right into that local culture. Our office is where all the planning happens, where we keep the site photos and the daily worker schedules. It is practical and usually a little bit cluttered with papers, but that is only because we are actually doing the physical work every day. People in the village know the Ansari family well, so it makes it easy for the locals to trust us with their building projects. We don't use any marketing tricks or fancy talk. We just show up and do the job from this small office in Sipahpur. It is a simple life, but the work is steady.
