I’ve been working out of No. 6 Ramdayalu Path in Sadpura for quite some time now. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, except when the kids are coming home from school. The building is older, and you can see some cracks in the plaster near the window, but it’s home to us. We don’t have a big staff or anything. It’s just a few people doing what needs to be done. Most of the time, the table in the middle of the room is covered in papers and small items we are working on. We try to sweep every evening, but the dust always finds its way back in by morning. There’s a small fan in the corner that rattles when it’s on the high setting, so we usually keep it low. People from the neighborhood stop by often just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. Sometimes we’re a bit busy and you might have to wait a minute while we finish up a task. We handle things as they come. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fuss. The light is best in the morning, so that’s when we get the most important stuff finished. It's just a regular place where we work hard and go home at the end of the day.
