We are located right in the middle of Muzaffarpur, specifically in the Aghoria Bazar area. The office is at Dr. Rita Devi’s place. If you know Muzaffarpur, you know it is a busy town with a lot of noise and movement. We are part of that daily buzz. Being a nidhi company here means we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. We aren't some distant company with a headquarters in a different state. We are right here in the M Corp area. It’s a practical setup, nothing too shiny or polished. We just have our desks, some old fans, and our ledgers. The name Rista means relationship, and that’s basically how we run the place, just by talking to people and being part of the neighborhood. It is a simple operation. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. Just us in the office, making sure the math adds up and the paperwork is filed away correctly. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the market outside is full of people. But that’s just how it goes in Aghoria Bazar. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a good spot to be in. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff and keep things moving. There are no big speeches or fancy promises here. Just the daily work. We know most of the people who walk in by their first name. It makes the work feel more real.
