Prayas Educational & Welfare Foundation

Prayas Educational & Welfare Foundation is based out of Bardaha in Bisfi. We’ve been around here for a while now, right near Zubair Mohammad’s place. It started because things in the village weren’t always easy for everyone. We mostly look at education and helping folks get by when things get tough. It isn't anything fancy, just a few of us trying to do something useful for the neighbors. Sometimes it's about getting books for the children or just making sure people know where to go for help. The building isn't huge, but it's where we meet up to figure out what needs doing next in Bardaha. People stop by when they have a problem or if their kids need a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. We don't have a big office staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just local faces you’d see at the market anyway. The foundation is just our way of trying to make the day-to-day a bit better for the families living around here. There is always plenty to do, from sorting out local welfare issues to just being a place where someone can talk. We keep it simple. Life in Bisfi has its challenges, so having a spot like this matters to us. We just take it one day at a time and try to help where it's needed most without making a big fuss about it.
