We are set up in Ward Number 27 of the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation, specifically in the Musahri block area. You’ll find us at the place associated with Pushkar Kumar Singh. It’s a local neighborhood, and we are glad to be right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a regular building. But inside, we are busy every day managing the accounts for our members. We have a few staff members who all live nearby, so we really know the Muzaffarpur area well. We don't use any fancy banking software that no one understands. We keep things simple and explain everything in plain language to whoever comes in. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded on market days, and we have to pull out extra stools for people to sit on. We don't mind the noise or the busyness. It feels real. We aren't here to make huge profits or change the world. We just want to provide a place where folks in Musahri can save their money safely and maybe get a small loan when things are tight. It’s a humble operation. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order more pens or running out of paper, but we always make sure the money and the records are right for everyone involved. It is just our way of working in the village area.
