Our office is located in the Kuber Campus area, specifically at the Prashant Kumar Premi spot in Lakri Dhai. It’s in Chandwara, which most people in Muzaffarpur know pretty well. We’ve been doing construction work here for a while. Nagarjuna Construction Co. isn't some big city firm with a thousand employees. We're a local crew that knows Bihar and how to build stuff that lasts in this climate. The campus can get busy during the day, but it’s a good place for us to keep our equipment and meet with clients. Most of what we do is straightforward building work. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting permits, finding labor, and making sure the cement is mixed right. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal in the summer, but that’s just the job. We don’t have a fancy marketing team. We just rely on the work we’ve already finished around Chandwara to show what we can do. People stop by the office to talk about their plans, and we try to give them a straight answer on what it’ll take. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of supply issues, but we stick with it until the roof is on. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of Lakri Dhai. It’s a decent place to run a business. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next project.
