We are located in Mohalla Gannipur, which is part of the Mushahari area in Muzaffarpur. Taran Kumari manages the office side of things while the rest of us are usually out on the job sites. Muzaffarpur is a busy place and there’s always something being built. We handle mostly residential construction. It’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure the supplies show up on time. Sometimes they don't, and we have to spend the morning on the phone. Our space in Gannipur is pretty simple. Just a place to keep the paperwork and meet with people. We don't like using corporate language. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes we run into problems with the ground being too hard or too soft. You never know what you'll find once you start digging. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The crew knows their jobs well. We eat together during the lunch break and talk about local news. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so the neighbors will recommend us to others. It’s a slow and steady way to build a reputation. We are just regular people working hard in the heat of Bihar. Every house we finish is another milestone for us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
