Meethila Rice Mill Private Limited is located in the Donar Industrial Area. Our specific spot is Plot No - B2. Being in an industrial area makes things a bit easier for a rice mill. We have better access to electricity and roads than we would in a remote village. Donar is a busy place with a lot of trucks and workers. We deal with rice because that is what grows best around here. The name Meethila is a nod to our local culture and heritage. We are a Private Limited company but we are very much a local operation. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. Our day starts early at Plot B2. We check the grain and get the machines ready. It's loud and can get quite hot inside the mill, but we are used to it. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just focus on the processing and let the results speak for themselves. The industrial area is full of other businesses, but we all know each other. Sometimes we help each other out with spare parts or advice. We’ve been at this location for a while now and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s a solid place to work. We are just trying to run a decent business and provide for our families. It’s not complicated, just rice and hard work every day in Donar.
