Our spot for Madhucon Projects Limited is in Narayanapuram, which is in the Unguturu Mandal of West Godavari. It’s right in the heart of Andhra Pradesh. We are linked to the family of Narasimhulu in this area. Being in a district like West Godavari means we are surrounded by a lot of green fields and a slower pace of life than you’d find in Hyderabad. Our office is a basic building that serves as our main point for project coordination in this part of the state. Because we don’t have air conditioning in every room, we leave the windows open to catch the breeze. It’s a practical place for us. We spend a lot of our time talking to people from the local mandal and making sure our project plans fit the local needs. There aren't any big marketing slogans on our walls, just calendars and project schedules pinned up. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages. We know the land and the people here. It’s an honest way to work. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We’re just here to do the project work that Madhucon Projects Limited is responsible for. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the roads a bit muddy, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s part of living and working in rural Andhra. We focus on getting the day's work done.
