Our hospital is located at the Bairiya Zero Mile Road in Muzaffarpur, right across from the Royal Enfield showroom. It is a very busy spot because of the highway and all the trucks passing through Dadar Kolhuwa. Since we deal with trauma and emergencies, we see a lot of people who have had a very bad day. The atmosphere is usually quite intense, but we try to keep things organized. The building stands out on the road, but inside it is all about functionality. We have basic beds, medical carts, and a lot of paperwork. It’s not like those hospitals you see on TV with perfectly clean desks; we have piles of charts and people moving around constantly. The street noise is always there, a constant hum of engines. Our team is a mix of locals and people who moved here for work. We don't spend money on big advertisements or billboards. Most of our work comes from being right there when an accident happens on the road. It is a bit chaotic during the peak hours of traffic, and the waiting room gets really cramped. We just try to make sure everyone is attended to. Sometimes the water cooler breaks or we run out of stationery, and someone has to run out to the local market. It’s a real place with real problems, just trying to provide medical help in this part of Muzaffarpur. We stay open because the road never sleeps and people need us.
