If you look for us, you have to go inside Rajendra College in Chapra. That is where the Indian Institute Of Banking Management is set up. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate sometimes depending on which way you come in. Being inside the college means we see a lot of students every day. The atmosphere is mostly quiet because of the library and the classrooms nearby. We have our own space there where we handle the banking management stuff. It is just a few rooms with some old furniture and some notice boards on the walls. People come here to ask about exams or how to fill out forms for different banking jobs. We sit at the desks and try to answer whatever questions they have. Chapra can be quite hot in the summer, so the fans are always going in the office. It is not a big fancy institute, just a place where people come to learn about the banking sector. The staff stays busy with paperwork and talking to the college administration. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out. It is a regular part of being in Rajendra College. We have been here for a while and most people in the college know which building we are in. It's just a practical place for people who want to get into the bank work and need a little bit of help.
