Hrigved Cosmetics Pharmaceutical Private Limited is located way out in Muzaffarpur, in a village called Raghopur. Our specific spot is House Number 0189 in Mustafapur. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the main city, but we like the quiet of the village. The air is a bit cleaner and you can hear the birds instead of just horns honking all day. We handle both cosmetics and pharmaceuticals from this location. It’s a house, like most of the buildings around here. We have converted part of it into our workspace. It’s not a polished factory floor, but we keep it very clean because of the nature of the products. During the monsoon, the roads around here can get a bit muddy, which makes deliveries a challenge, but we manage. Everyone in the village knows where House 0189 is. We don’t need big advertising when everyone knows us by name anyway. Most of our work involves checking batches and keeping records. We have a small courtyard where we sit sometimes when the sun isn't too hot. It’s a slow-paced life compared to Patna, but we still get a lot done. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just wait it out. We find that the village setting keeps us grounded and focused on the simple tasks at hand. There is no rush here like you see in the city markets. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else really. It feels right to be doing our business right here in the village.
