This is Gisco Ltd. and we are based out of Baghanagri, which is near Silout in Muzaffarpur. Our address is a bit long because we are located at the place of Sr Stya Deo Mishra. It’s more of a village area than a big city. Things move a bit slower here, which we don’t mind. We do our work and look after the local business. It's a family-style setup in many ways. We don't have a big corporate building with glass walls. It is just a regular house and office space where we manage our operations. The road to Silout can be bumpy after the rains, so we have to plan around that. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just local people working in Muzaffarpur. Most of the folks here know us by name. We handle the paperwork and the field tasks as they come. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make do with what we have. We don't have any fancy plans written on the walls. We just show up and try to be helpful. It is a quiet life out here in J. Baghanagri. We value the relationships we have with the people around us. If you ever come by, you’ll probably find us sitting and talking about the day’s work over a cup of chai. It’s just how we operate. Nothing fancy or polished, just practical work done by real people every single day.
