Conchem International (Consruction Chemical Compony)

Conchem International is run by me, Sanjay Kumar. We operate out of Sanjeev Hardware at New Zeromile Chowk in Muzaffarpur. Being on Akharaghat Road means there is a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by, but it’s a good spot for a construction chemical company. We are right in the middle of Ahiyapur, and since we share space with the hardware store, people are always coming in and out. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a separate office building; we just work from the shop. It’s easier that way because the chemicals and the hardware tools go hand in hand. Bihar is a busy place for building right now, so there’s always someone asking about waterproof coatings or additives. I spend a lot of time talking to contractors and showing them how the different products work. It’s not a fancy job. It’s about being there when someone needs a solution for their construction site. We keep our stock organized as best as we can, though it gets a bit crowded sometimes. Muzaffarpur is home, and Zeromile Chowk is the heart of the trade area here. We just do our bit to keep the local builders supplied. It’s straightforward work and we’ve been at it for a while now. Some days the shop gets really hectic, but that's part of the trade.
